Rich, Bryan and Donovan,
Today Donovan was here to finish the job and tweak a few bricks for me. I think I got off easy because I was gone during the whole remodel process only to come home and have a new courtyard with the work done and mess gone!
I appreciate the workmanship and timely completion of this job and thank you for all the hard work. I've already gotten many compliments on it and am ready to get some pots and plant some flowers.
Donovan said he would come back when I get some pots/plants/flowers in to adjust the sprinklers for me. I look forward to that!

Brian and Rich,
I am completely and utterly amazed at our backyard. I could never have imagined such a design much less the work and skill it would take to implement. I would look forward to coming home to see what had been done that day and document it with several pictures to see the progression. Our whole experience with Green Acres could not have gone better. Coming out to look at what work would need to be done and taking in our thoughts with structuring the wall, the openness to redo the bid when we had ideas to reduce cost, the quick response time through phone, e-mail, or by visiting our home, the upgrade to a different color scheme of stone without costing extra, and building a beautiful set of stairs that matched perfectly with one of the pictures we had found in a magazine.
Your employees were very kind and courteous. Donovan was an amazing point man for this project. We were always happy to see him as were the kids who he interacted well with. I was especially impressed with the craftsmanship and the different kinds of stone we had not expected to have. What we saw each day exceeded any expectation. And I would not have wanted it any other way than the finished product we now have before us. We don't just have a retaining wall but a completely new backyard. The work you have performed will stay with us for many years to come.

The crew did an excellent job. We're very pleased with their work.
I'd like to especially convey my appreciation to Phil and his crew, who worked on the project the first two days. I believe two members of his crew also worked on the last day of the project. Although everyone did a great job, I'd like to tell you about an incident that occurred on the first day.
While digging near our ground cover next to the rear fence, one of the crew members found a gold bracelet.
Although it was only gold plated, you couldn't tell that by looking at it. In fact, to the untrained eye, it looks to be pure gold and worth hundreds of dollars.
The person who found it could have easily just put it in his pocket and no one would have ever known the difference.
Your company should take great pride in knowing that he chose to knock on my door and return it to me with the comment, "someone might be looking for this."
It's actions like this that speak volumes about the character of the people working for you. Although I expressed my appreciation to them at the time, I'd like to see them recognized by you and Rich for their honesty.
I will not hesitate to recommend your services to others. I was very impressed with not only their honesty, but also their work ethic and extraordinary commitment to customer satisfaction.

Rich: Wanted to send a brief note this morning letting you know how pleased we are with the retaining wall. It is absolutely perfect!
For me, this was a significant project and with that came the usual anxieties. I have to say, it could not have gone smoother from the time we met at the home show through completion. Project proposal details were clearly laid out in advance and schedule deadlines were met. I appreciated that your admin staff followed up emails with a phone call to confirm receipt and offer assistance if needed.
Please tell Lisa and [B]onique thank you. And, your construction crew did an exceptional job! I've mentioned the wall but, in addition, they put things back together such as the backfilling and replanting in a way that really put an amazing final touch on the project. I met Donovan but not the other person on the project. Please let them know how much I appreciate the work they did.

I regularly get comments on how much better our landscape looks than in years past. We have had the opportunity on several occasions to put in good words for you guys with other contractors... and I hope they send business your way.
We had a call center employee tell us that, on a recent Saturday, one of your employees stopped mowing and helped them change a flat tire. This kind of service, going beyond what is expected or required, is very rare these days.
